Birding Spots in the Garden Route

The Garden Route National Park in South Africa is a great place to view birds. Other popular spots for birdwatching in the area include the Wilderness National Park, the Knysna Lagoon, and the Plettenberg Bay Nature Reserve.


The Garden Route region in South Africa is home to a diverse range of bird species. Some of the categories of birds that can be found in the region include:
