Come explore Nature's Valley South Africa and take the Groot River Trail! This trail starts at the entrance of De Vasselot Rest Camp and follows along a tar road to a bridge crossing over the Groot River. After crossing, you'll be taken through lush forest alongside the banks of this beautiful river all the way to its mouth. From there, you'll turn left and follow an extension of Otter Trail up to a promontory before turning back towards De Vasselot campsite on a beach route that runs parallel with the road.
